Monkeypod Jam Preserves

Since 2010, Monkeypod Jam has been preserving Kauai’s seasons. Practicing traditional canning techniques, founder Aletha Thomas continues to create her award-winning, coveted preserves in her Provisions Cottage, located on the island’s South Shore.

Not only do you have the opportunity to sample and purchase our seasonal preserves, but you may also learn how to make your own preserves with Kauai’s seasonal produce. Each month, Aletha teaches a few of her favorite preserving classes. Reserve your seat early, since the classes fill up!
