With more than 15 years of experience building food-based businesses, developing value-added products, teaching, and creating culinary and agricultural experiences, I bring a practical, hands-on perspective to consulting. I work with clients to explore ideas such as farm tours, farm stands, u-pick experiences, farm dinners, events, value-added products, culinary experiences, and other forms of agritourism.

Aletha is a very knowledgeable business lady; she loves to help small businesses to make it successful. My husband and I are small businesses owners. We own a small farm. During the pandemic, all farmers markets, stores and restaurants were suddenly closed, but we had so many vegetables and fruits in the field. We were totally lost.
