Private Farmers Market Cooking Class | Wednesdays from 4pm to 7:30pm
Tour one of Kauai’s favorite farmers markets with Monkeypod Jam and Cooking Kauai founder, Aletha Thomas. Stroll and sample your way through 25 vendors with Aletha sharing the names, flavor profiles, and uses of each seasonal offering. Bring cash to purchase your favorites for later while Aletha collects the best in-season ingredients for the evening class and meal.
After enjoying the market experience, we will head to the Provisions Kitchen, a five-minute drive from Kukuiula.
Upon entering our homey, yet modern kitchen, we will get to work preparing a multi-course, vegetarian dinner with our farmers market bounty. At the end of class, guests will enjoy a bright and satisfying dinner made with their own hands and new friends. In true local style, no one will leave hungry!
The exact menu is designed around the Kauai fruits and vegetables available each week. Flexibility is key in this class, so be open to trying new flavors!

Location: The Kukuiula Culinary Market and the Cooking Kauai, Provisions Kitchen in Lawai.
