It's time to stock up your pantry with flavorful, homemade pickles! We will roll up our sleeves and practice the fundamentals of fermentation. Under-ripe Starfruit? You can pickle that. A glut of garden vegetables, pickle them! Maybe you were wooed by the adorable, mini quail eggs at the farmers market and now don't know what to do with them... brine 'em up for a delicious, protein-packed snack!
