This class is part of the Tuesday Dinner Class Series, but available ala carte. Your tween or teen will practice creating a well-rounded menu, making a shopping list, understand the importance of mise en place, learning basic kitchen skills, timing the order of dishes, and keeping a tidy kitchen. By the end of class, your tween or teen will have the confidence and skills to create this delicious dinner for their family.
January 14th - Chicken - Lemony Sheet Pan Chicken - Honey Roasted Carrots - Crispy, Sour Cream Potatoes - Seasonal Fruit Crumble with Crème Anglaise

Location: The Cooking Kauai, Provisions Kitchen in Lawai.
Refund Policy
Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and its preparation, our classes are final and non-refundable.
Please think of signing up for our classes as you would purchasing a concert ticket-you can always send someone else in your place, but refunds cannot be issued.
Alternatively, you may reach out to us, and we will try our best to sell the seats on your behalf. If we do so, a future credit to a scheduled class will be issued.
Refunds will only be issued if Monkeypod Jam needs to shut down/cancel events due to unforeseen events or low participation (less than 6).
